what kind of homemade non-toxic formula can I use to wipe my rats cage down?

I have two girl fancies, and I just recently bought a little dumbo girl<3
Aggy & Giselle ( My fancies ) have become the best of friends with cleo. ( My new Dumbo )

But I’m wanting to do a deep cleaning on their cage & move everything around to make it different and exciting for them. I had some small pet deodorizer , but I ran out, and I can’t go buy more b/c its 11:30. I need something now, and something that really works & is non toxic, and I really don’t wanna wipe it down with soap and water cause I did that last week.

Just tell me something that helps get rid of odor / scents.

My mom bought some stuff called "Pawl boutique" aka Urine be gone.

Here are the ingredients to it:
Water. Citric Acid, Blend of Sutfactants and Odor remover, Fragance, Preservative.

It says non – toxic, and also says;
Never use directly on humans, animals, or in pet litter.

Could I use that , and dilute it with a little water?
I’ve also heard of water & vinegar but I think were out of vinegar. Idk.

PLS help! I need this quick!
